Introducing: Rhythm – RADCO’s new brand for owned and managed workforce housing. RADCO is committed to using their platform to create communities built upon a lifestyle of comfort, safety, and convenience, because everyone deserves access to a reliable place to call home.

Our extensive brand positioning and naming process found the opportunity to create a brand that romanticized a lifestyle of “the grind”. Workforce demographics work hard for what they have, and the rhythm of work, self-care, and family can be a difficult balance. That’s why we created a brand that fosters a community focused on supporting that balance. The result: a lifestyle brand that feels like a family heirloom, a picnic during golden hour, and dancing in the kitchen on Sunday morning.

A huge portion of the Rhythm branding exercise was creating a bespoke website experience focused on mobile browsing. Through our research, we found that 95% of this community’s demographic doesn’t own or work on a computer, and does their apartment searching entirely via mobile. This truly mobile-first website was developed with them in mind. Check it out!

Beyond the leasing experience, the brand extends to the resident experience through renovation activations, resident events, and social media.
