After 30 years, the leaders of RADCO came to us to help them create a new brand identity that was more reflective of their new era. A complex company with more than 5 sub-entities, this exercise wasn’t just a visual one. It was an intensive brand structure and value discovery to understand how a multidimensional company could consolidate into one brand, one united voice.
The first step after defining their brand positioning strategy was to refresh their external presence. Through a comprehensive website redesign and social media overhaul, their well-known “red” brand has been updated to a sea of muted teal, sky blue, and burnt peach.
This rebrand extended beyond their digital presence, but the experience of what it’s like to partner with RADCO or live at a RADCO Community.
As RADCO repositions themselves for a period of unprecedented growth, the employee experience and recruiting platform needed a facelift too.
From recruiting to onboarding to anniversaries, we created wearables, gifts, and materials to ensure all RADCO employees have a cohesive and intentional experience.
