Every year across the nation, student living communities are competing for lease renewals on the exact same cycle. Subtext Living came to us with a challenge: create a renewal campaign that stood out amongst the chaos.

What better way to get the attention of a college student than tattoos? Our “Seal it in Ink” campaign gave us endless opportunities to excite.

We took the most popular tattoo styles from this age group to create an edgy campaign that encourages students to embrace their self-expression.
