Formerly known as Banyan Utility, the company was ready for a complete transformation that matched its growing presence in the multifamily industry. We partnered with the team to lead a full rebrand and rollout in just a few months, working quickly to ensure everything was in place before their debut at OPTECH.
Anchor Utility provides utility management services for multifamily owners and operators, which meant the brand needed to feel technically strong, clear, and service minded. It had to communicate accuracy, trust, and innovation in a way that supported a sophisticated B2B audience.



We created a full brand identity that blended modern engineering cues with a clean nautical inspired concept that reinforces the ideas of reliability, guidance, and forward movement. The visual system, color palette, and messaging framework were designed to position Anchor as a partner that is steady, efficient, and built for complex utility needs.
